To make it easier for myself, and the players that visit my kennel I have put what a dog is in their call names. To see if one of my dogs is a brood, showing, or stud dog just look after it's SOP in it's call name.

For females.

Brood, or a time = Breeding dog only.

Show = Show dog only.

N/S = Not showing.

For males.

Stud = Stud dog only.

Show = Show dog only.

S/S = Show, and stud dog.

N/S = Not showing.

N/S/S = Not for stud, or showing.

About Heaven Sent.

I put studs up for stud before they are champs. This gives players with little money a chance to breed to a decent stud, as all studs not champed is at stud for $100.00. Stud fees will raise when they champ, and will depend on how good a breeder I think they will be. I have recently put all of my studs on approval as I do not want my studs to be used with admin/source dogs, and there are certain kennels I do not wish to breed with. All approvals will be accepted in the morning so that the litter will be born around noon to early evening. Bitches will not be bred until they have champed, and is through with specializing. This is so they can be shown to their full potential.

About my pupies.

I do not sell puppies less then ten days old. I also will never sell a puppy that I don’t believe can finish in the show ring. Due to the actions of a dis-honest player, and admin I have decided not to sell to basic players any more; Sorry. I do price puppies according to how good I think they are. This does not mean that a puppy priced at $100.00 is worthless. It only means that it is not as good as other puppies I may have up for sale. If the ‘offer to buy’ link is off on a dog, that means the dog is not for sale for any reason, or for any price!! So please don’t ask!!!! All puppies are raised on my puppy formula which is high in everything until ten days old. At ten days of age all puppies that I put up for sale is then changed to Pet House brand.

Puppies that are under 82% SOP or has a low Judge Eval will be forever homed. 82% SOP puppies will be forever homed the day they are to turn, or when they turn 14 days old. 83% SOP and higher puppies will be given until they are 20 days old, and then the decision of keeping them, or forever homing them will be made.

The numbers in the puppies call names tells you how good they are. The numbers are as followed:

My guarantee.

I guarantee that all my puppies will finish their championship when shown properly. If you buy a puppy from me, and they have not champed by the time they are 120 days old, and a real attempt had been made to champ the puppy; I will buy it back for the amount you paid for it. However, depending on how the puppy is shown will depend on whether you get advice from me, or not before I sell another one to you.

My buyer Contract.

There are four reasons I decline offers to buy my puppies/dogs. These four things must be fixed before I will approve of your offer. If you have been declined then please look for one or more of the following reasons:

1.) You are a basic kennel. Due to a problem I, and other Chihuahua kennels have had with a player; I have recently decided not to sell to basic kennels. There is no exceptions to this rule. Also due to this players actions I will carefully screen standard/family kennels that offers on my dogs before accepting the offer if I do not know said kennel. I am temperaily suspending this rule on a trial basis as the player is no longer with SD.

2.) You have source/admin dogs in your kennel. I will not sell to any kennel that has a source/admin dog in their kennel as they are the games version of a backyard breeder/puppy mill dogs. This may be a game, but I do play it as though it was real. Which means since I am against these kind of dogs in real life, I am against them here in the game. Please do not E-mail me about this rule. I will not change my mind about it, PERIOD!!!!

3.) The dogs you currently have are not being sessioned, fed right, or shown. If it looks like you are not doing the dogs right that are already in your kennel, I am not going to sell you one of mine to be abused. I want my dogs to be sessioned, fed right, and then shown to it’s best potential. If this is the reason I have denied you, and I am wrong, or there is a reason why these things are not being done then E-mail me about it. In some case this rule can be worked out, or ignored.

4.) You have a un-champed pregnant female. Breeding a female before she has champed only hurts her show record. I do not believe in breeding a female before she has champed, and will not sell to kennels that do this. In this case, I may accept a offer on a male dog, but will decline all offers on a female dog. This rule does not mean you have to wait until the female is 120 days old before breeding. Just until she is a champ.

Rules number three, and four may be worked out as some players don’t know about this part of the game. After you have fixed these problems then please offer again. Your offer will be accepted once these problems have been fixed.

When you buy a puppy/dog from me you are agreeing to do the following.

1) To feed, session, and show properly.

2) To E-mail me before selling, retiring, or forever homing the dog. (This is only common courtesy as I might want to buy my dog back.)

Any kennel caught doing any of these two things will be put on my list, and I will not sell to you again. The list is only for my viewing, so you may want to ask me if your kennel is on this list, and why if any of your offers on my puppies/dogs have been denied.

Stud Contract.

If you are approved to breed to one of my studs then please give me the courtesy of knowing how they turned out. Also Please let me have a chance at 2nd POL. Thanks.
